Tai Wesley's schnoz

Utah State power forward has a mask.

Whether he wears it or not is another story.

The Aggie junior, who suffered a broken nose Saturday night against New Mexico State, told me Tuesday he has been fitted for a mask and wore it throughout practice that day trying to get used to it.

Here’s what he had to say about it.

“I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all,” he said. “I don’t want to wear it.”

So will he? Or will he risk further injury and possibly leave his team shorthanded in the biggest game of the season if he gets popped in the nose again?

“I’ll have to talk with the trainers and the doctor,” Wesley said. “But it they leave it up to me, I’m not wearing it.”
