Let the speculation begin

With Brent Guy officially on his way out at Utah State, the talk is hot and heavy among Aggie fans and faithful.

There will be dozens of applicants — when there are only 120 Division I head coaching jobs in the NCAA people want them, no matter how bad the program has been in the past — and it’s probably safe to say there will only be a handful of people athletic director Scott Barnes gives serious consideration.

The names most likely to get some run on Old Main Hill include the usual suspects of John L. Smith, Kent Baer, Michael ‘Chico’ Canales and Gary Anderson.

Others that might be finalists for the job include UCLA defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker and BYU offensive guru Robert Anae.

So, Aggie fans, who do you want and why?
